Final series standings are determined as follows.
• Where two teams are equal on series points, their ‘head-to-head’ match results over the whole series determine who finishes higher;
• Where three or more teams are equal on series points, their total points difference for and against from all matches against all opponents over the whole series determines who finishes higher.
